I used the online contact form asking for pricing for an operation, and waiting times. I got an email reply which was just a link to an advertisement for their services, 70 percent of which was reassurance about covid protocols. Waste of my time, none of my questions were addressed. Due to that lacklustre response I have signed up with a different private hospital for the procedure.
