The facility was clean and organised, with lots of due care being taken around the current situation. The talking temperature taking machine at reception I found to be endlessly amusing in the short time I was waiting there.
There was a minor issue in that I didn't receive some of the details explaining my exact procedure before attending, however as the Surgeon had already explained it well it was not so much of a problem, and once raised it was sent quickly.
The room was very nice (overnight stay) and the facilities clean and modern. Staff were efficient and friendly, just as you'd hope.
