The nursing staff, when I was an inpatient, were great.
However, having visited the outpatients several times I found the reception staff appeared a little chaotic with a slightly autocratic tone when dealing with patients. Staff should lower the level of the voices when talking to each other - patients don't need to know if there is an internal problem.
