I am not one to write a review however I really felt I needed to. I have a phobia of hospitals and doctors and today I was at BMI Blackheath Hospital for an upper GI endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Firstly the three nurses looking after me: Claire, Mary and another I didn’t catch were so welcoming made me feel at ease the whole time and were so kind and caring. My dr Helen Fidler who is also so lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. I woke up to a lovely meal with dessert and a hot drink and cold drink. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me when I am so scared of hospitals usually! Thanks again!!
