I underwent surgery on my disc at the end of July. What an amazing team, you couldn't fault the care.
It was great that you were encouraged to be mobile as quickly as possible after surgery as I know from surgery many years ago the longer you leave it the harder it is to get out of bed. I was out of bed less than 6 hours after surgery.
The team were so supportive and you felt reassured throughout, right from the nurses, physios, anaesthetists through to the surgeon everyone was brilliant.
