The BMI Alexandria has been phenomenal start to finish for my investigation and treatment. Appointments were plentiful and easy to work around my work. The staff friendly and professional and good at putting you at ease. The hospital's clean and food good. After my surgery when I unexpectedly had to stay a night from a minor bad reaction to the anesthetic, nursing staff handled it brilliantly. They kept me informed and dealt with the transition from day to overnight without issue. Had the potential to be a scary time but felt at ease the whole time.
