I initially thought my care was of standard whilst at the hospital.
Unfortunately post operatively I cannot say the same.
But what I will say is make sure you check your package price if self paying.
I have encountered shocking behaviour by senior management whilst trying to have my complaint resolved.
16 months later still no resolution.
I would not recommend this hospital and my overall experience has left me very distressed and out of pocket.
