Most of the staff were very caring towards my mother. However one of the members of night staff was very brusque and unfriendly. This person's attitude resulted in my mother feeling reluctant to ask for care at night which is not a good position to be in following a TKR. As an outpatient the physiotherapist Sophie White was brilliant.
