Very disappointed in this hospital on my last occasion. My records were lost twice, staff didn't react quickly enough when I became ill after surgery, and my worried family had to intervene. Some foreign staff were unable to communicate clearly. I feel that the hospital has grown too big, and the caring atmosphere I have previously enjoyed when I had occasion to stay there has been lost.
