I would like to commend the diligent duty and care provided to my Father from the team at A&E yesterday. The team were incredible efficient and caring when obtaining a diagnosis and investigations to the start of his treatment. Yesterday was a busy day in A&E and all staff were working hard to support the care of the patients. But I would like to give a special thanks to the wonderful lady who provided my mum with a cup of tea and bisciut, my mum had been up all night worried about my father and it is often these small tokens of kindness that make a difficult situation tollerable.
