I could not have had better care & attention when my husband was terminally ill. Everyone from the Hospice was so kind, gentle, but at the same time showed dignity & a happy helpful nature. The ladies who organised the help, the sitting ladies and the after care to me from Deirdre Carter was excellent & she kept me going when I needed it most & felt alone & frightened.

Good -
Fundamentally staff & voluteers quality
Everybody cares & will go extra mile
Communication with GP is excellet
Doctors & nurses work as team.
Not the divide between staff like them - us
This place is "best kept secret"
Could be improved -
Initial visit could have been better - but not hospice fault. District nurse did not know me.

Very well, thankyou for the sympathetic & extremely professional care that was given to my wife in her final days.

i am completely satisfied with the help I am getting. I can not fault anything. The nurse visiting me (Nurse Hull) is very kind & caring & extremely helpful in every way possible.
