A massive thank you to charity, Tino (nurses) have made me feel so much better, they were always able to calm my anxiety and also thank you to Bally who calmed me down and comforted me in my sadness, all 3 have helped me recovery, thank you.

Night staff always using flash light during night-time to much, very rude at times and inconsiderate when explaining why we cannot sleep, they do not do much about it just scare you.

There's a few issues directly involving the next stage of my care and discharge, which have been dealt with in a way that has been both contesting and not joined up./nThese experiences have not felt positive to me.

I have proactively expressed my needs and concerns which have been heard by who I hope are the most relevant given the situation./nI hope my needs can be listened to and my care plan and discharge plan amended as needed.

Good- just wish there was showers in the bedroom.

Staff are very understanding and there to listen.

No just would prefer facilities in bedroom (like toilet and shower)

Better co-ordinating of some got her cleanliness matters in patients shared bathrooms, dirty cloths left by one patient on bathroom floor not removed for several days. Patient complaint needed before actioned.

Better communication with matters reported by ward staff (many times for same issue eg light bulb needs replacing) and estates/ maintenance responding timely.

Some of the staff are excellent and staff are good.

Night staff are rude.
