At all levels of my care (and during previous experiences) I've. Always found the staff to be excellent . They are friendly and understanding and the care has been brilliant.
I did have issues with getting the appointments that I required and getting through on the phone to pre assessment is a nightmare (but once I did get through they too were fantastic in sorting out dates for me)
Of course I realize that the latter issue I mention is related to overall issues in NHS re waiting lists etc.
I really appreciate everything everyone at St Mary's has done, for me
