Very little interaction with staff generally with occasional exception of some nursing staff - largely because of understaffing and lack of time. Hair not washed at all in two weeks and teeth only cleaned once or twice. Staff were mostly polite and friendly enough but always too hurried
Inadequate physiotherapy - several visits by physios were interrupted and not continued
Food generally ok - soups very good.
