Although my appointment was scheduled for 8.30am the department did not open till that time. It was OPD1 eye department. I was seen at 9.15am and everyone I dealt with apologised for the delay. Everyone who interacted with me were very professional and friendly and were attentive and explained the how and why of the procedures. Special mention for Dr. Seshadri who explained everything in a manner I could understand
