I am so grateful to the many amazing staff across several teams at Barts who have supported me over the past year as I received treatment for breast cancer. I am so grateful to have received such high quality treatment, and have never been more grateful for the NHS and all who work for it. My only suggestions for improvement would be: * it would be nice to have a relationship with one or two doctors who got to know you over time, rather than see different ones - but I understand that pressures on the NHS probably make this difficult to achieve. * the appointments system is a bit poor, with letters sometimes arriving after the appointment date. Maybe you will be able to move to electronic communications rather than (or as well as) letters in time.
