During my stay I found all the staff (nurses, physiotherapists and the anaesthetist) I met to be very friendly, professional and attentive. They looked after me very well after the operation, and kept my partner updated when on the few occasions when she could not visit, and supplied with coffee and biscuits when she did! The physiotherapists fully explained what they were doing and what exercises I needed to undertake when I went home. Likewise, the anaesthetist clearly explained his role in the operation prior to it taking place, and checked on me immediately afterwards and prior to my discharge. Also, the food was excellent.
