I felt cared for and look after by competent people.
The Spire Cambridge Lee Hospital offers a clean and professional environment with caring staff. I always felt safe and whenever I had an enquiry it was promptly answered in a highly professional manner.
very friendly staff, made me feel at ease
All staff were caring, attentive and helpful. They were sympathetic to my pain and very encouraging about my progress. I was kept fully informed about all stages of the process.
Booking our appointment with Dr Worth, a consultant neurologist, was easy and we were treated very politely and respectively by staff. The clinic was spotlessly clean, with clear signage. Car parking was easy, with plenty of spaces.
I had a knee replacement at the spire a few years ago where it was a really good experience
I had a very pleasant stay at this hospital. I am a retired radiographer so it was an unusual experience being the patient. All my questions were answered and I was very well supported by theatre staff, nursing staff, physiotherapy and Xray staff. The choice and standard of food was very good. If it hadn t been for my discomfort immediately after surgery I had a wonderful experience..thank you. Excellent standard from everyone.
Very competent and friendly staff. In so far as possible felt at home
The care I had from Mr. Chou and his team at the Spire Hospital was excellent. The whole process from first referral to post operative follow up was efficient and timely. Mr Chou, his theatre team, the nursing team, the physios, everyone I met during my stay before and after my hip replacement were brilliant. I really cannot thank them enough for their kindness and care. The success of my operation has changed my life for which I am truly grateful to Mr. Chou and his team at the Spire Hospital. Thank you so much.
All the staff were very kind and caring. The catering staff were very kind saying I could ring for drinks more or less when I wanted.
I feel that I should have been asked what my pain level was and not just be told to take the medication/drugs as some of these had quite an adverse effect on me. I was also sent home with medication that I have since taken to my chemist- I feel this is a waste of money but I understand patients have different levels of pain and need more medication.
