Well what can I say from the moment I walked in I was met by professional staff who had smiles on their faces. Makes a difference really does. Nothing is too much trouble from the hotel services team to the cleaners. Can I mention Joy the poor nurse who had me as her patient 2 days in a row. She was so kind and professional and was very patient with me thank you. She treated me with respect and dignity. All the nursing team were professional and kind but I am no good with names. Theatre team made me feel at ease even though having major surgery is scary. Please pass on my thanks. I am also going to thank the Physiotherapy team especially Chris to whom had to listen to me give any excuse not to get out of bed, but his kindness and patience coaxed me out of bed into the chair. No looking back then. Food and service was second to none just a shame I didint have an appetite they were so kind. Can I say for patient experience this hits A*. Thank you.
