I have had experience of three outpatients departments at this hospital and each of them treated me excellently. I have driven through blizzards to attend appointments and all my efforts have been rewarded by the expertise shown and given by the consultants!! Prompt delivery of results to patient is greatly appreciated and ongoing contact with relevant departments makes for good care. As soon as a I walk into this hospital it feels special. The atmosphere within the building is felt immediately. It emanates calm and care - just how do you do it? You are all EXCEPTIONAL.
