Generally speaking my experience as an inpatient was good.However the patient experience could be improved by a little more attention being paid to the in ward toilets facilities which in some cases had paint peeling of the walls and were not quite as clean as they could be.
Also some of the reading lamps over the beds did not work properly and when this was mention to the staff on the ward we were informed that engineers were aware of the problem but nothing had been done giving the impression that it was not a priority.
The nursing staff were great at all times and nothing was too much trouble
