RPH Pacemaker team I recently had radiotherapy as part of treatment for prostate cancer. This involved 37 daily sessions at The Rosemere Centre. As I have a pacemaker, I had to have this checked before and after each session plus at the end of treatment. Despite the underlying condition, I found the whole experience life affirming. Key to this was the Pacemaker team consisting of David, Sarah and Vicky with guest appearances from Janet and Rachel. Meticulously professional but with such a range of non-medical interests, coupled with superb humour, I could have happily spent hours with them. I am so impressed by them that I have transferred my pacemaker care to them. Always prompt, no matter what time my appointment occurred and always flexible if schedules slipped. They always answered my questions and have such a depth of knowledge about their subject. A team par excellence and a model of excellence within the NHS. Not to crack a joke but "thanks from the bottom of my heart". Paul
