Dr Ketkar was accurate and factual about my condition and put my mind at rest after worry for months about it. He's treated my condition with injections and lots, the nursing staff and experience way better than I could have wished for. I've just had a review with a registrar who gave me good advice on how to maintain my improved condition and keep healthy. The only thing that was slightly confusing was the lady registrar I saw after my first injections gave me conflicting info.
Mr. Pearsons specialist (Patrick?) was very good and clear with information. Paperwork needs to be filled in properly the first time.
Good clear explanation of medical facts and opinions.
Fully informed about options.
I felt comfortable and looked after as soon as I was admitted, all staff were kind and considerate right from the off. My surgery went very well and I enjoyed my stay in a very clean room with shower and toilet , twice a day at least the bathroom was cleaned along with the floor and table in my room. Also the food was very good with regular tea or coffee offered and fresh water in a jug .
