My husband was a palliative care patient but as I left him in their care I was disappointed he was left with no pain killers and no personal care support he was in a confused stage but was still taken statement or lets say interviewed.communication is terrible notes was made up I don't know how they missed the careplan or notes.I wish I have enough money to get my husband away from this hospital.
