Very caring environment, every member of staff kind and attentive. My only constructive criticism would be the lack of information during my wait to go to theatre. I arrived at 7.30am and went to theatre at 3pm, at no time did anyone give me any indication as to when I might be going. I fully accept that there is a schedule and emergencies may have to take precedence but it would have been helpful to know what was going on. Sitting in a curtained bay for 7 hours was rather stressful - just keep patients updated as much as possible.
