My daughter was admitted for day case surgery on ward 202. This was her first experience of being in hospital, and because of the incredible care she received it was a positive experience all-round. Every single member of staff we had contact with was so kind and caring. From the nurse, surgeons, anaesthetic team to the porter and gentleman in the car park office everyone was incredible. We knew exactly what was happening throughout the day and what to expect. Everyone went out of their way to make my daughter feel calm and relaxed. Thank you so much
