I really wish that I could give details on the what is great about the surgery and what I like but unfortunately there is nothing. I say unfortunately because it's supposed to be there as a service that should provide people who have alcohol and substance misuse problems support and advice and if that means the patient requires treatement (medication) to help them with their stability for helping through their recovery it should be provided. Sadly this is not the case and people who are suffering and looking to get some help and make steps to help themselves are not getting this from Fulton clinic. The staff on reception have not the slightest sensitivity or understanding, if anything I've only received them telling me lies and very rude about it. I've personally been made on a regular occasion that if I phone back then I'm being a nuisance. I've had to wait over a week and still not been called back. If the workers are not off ill then they are off on holiday. The service needs to be looked at seriously because it's completely broken! The clinical nurses are not much nicer, the wholeso-called" system and staff really need some sort of improvement. It is one of the few places that people in need can go and try to seek help and if it is given you are treated like patients with no say because they control your medication so feel that it's ok to treat people not only quite poorly but also having a very negative impact on your recovery.
