I have been a patient at cornhill hospital since I was 18 yrs old, am now in my 60's so I've seen how far cornhill has come. In my day there was very little drug & alcohol admissions, now its over run by these people who often sit or stand outside main reception smoking drugs or drinking, The language is terrible especially for visitors who may be coming into see their member of family. I already reported this but by the looks of things nothing has ever been done. Back in my day at old cornhill u were kept on the ward & only allowed outside in the grounds or if u were lucky had blue or white band if u had black u were in bed & not allowed out of it if u wanted toilet a nurse went with u a bath a nurse watched u it was so degrading but rules were rules. Today patient seems to be able to do what as. & when do whatever they want with no responsibility.
