It was extremely busy in A/E waiting area but only had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Dave Wellington apologized for the wait and inconvenience. (Was not a long wait). Dave and the rest were very polite. He listened to me and my worries He fully explained what is the best treatment and after care plan. Well done to everyone for an excellent service. NRG- no children's are in A/E.
