Arriving at The Nuffield early in the morning for camera investigations I was so nervous, but right from the first people I saw at reception to the team that took me to theatre & through to the nursing staff & Dr I was put at ease.
The hospital is spotlessly clean, the food was very good and all the staff I met were courteous and understanding.
Thank you for making a stressful day so much easier to cope with.
