I was very well cared for here: the staff were invariably kind and helpful, whilst being totally professional. Everywhere was immaculately clean.
My visitors were welcomed and we were all treated with respect, and humour was always appropriate, (and appreciated!)
My only slightly negative comment would be that the food was occasionally not quite of a standard I expected, but it was always perfectly edible!
