The attitude, behaviour, competence, politeness of everybody at the Nuffield was excellent from beginning to end. The nursing staff were outstanding (special mention of Senior Nurse Melissa Griffiths who went above and beyond on several occasions even when I vomited on her!) I have worked in research at Addenbrookes for 25 years and attended it as a patient many times - the higher level of the facilities, surroundings and staff was very noticeable at Nuffield.
