From the first physio treatment I was encouraged, but not forced. to do some exercises. He understood I could do more than I thought I could and listened to my concerns. It was quite scary at first as I was afraid of falling or hurting myself but with the support and encouragement I received I was able to slowly move forward with my recovery. Excellent help received.
