1) I do not.."identify with ..." I am Female!
2) As an Outpatient - the toilets were not clean - paper on the floor etc.
3) The Information/Reception desk at the amin entrance had no infrmation re. public transport - i.e. could not tell me where a certain bus stop was located. Given the chaos that is the parking situation at the North Midd. many people need information re. buses and this should be provided at the INFORMATION desk.
