I was always seen on time. The whole experience from start to finish was performed in a highly professional manner. The Podiatric surgeon explained everything in a succinct way. I was always in full ownership of the facts which enabled me to easily make an informed decision as to how to proceed. The care from Mr McCulloch and all staff at New Hall was excellent. I would certainly use New Hall again.
