Complete disgrace. All the staff should be ashamed. The EAU claiming they didn't understand how patients belongings kept being stolen-how about calling the police. The complete disregard for patient welfare, their relatives ignored and disrespected, if you attend as a patient and get fixed- great of course you will give them a 'five' star rating but as a relative you can objectively see what going on. Rude, unpleasant, 'I know better thanYou, be quiet' attitude. And as for the elderly, if you are elderly and unwell don't go here, you will be treated terribly.
How to improve?. I don't think they can, it's embedded in each ward we went to, the ward sisters, once a bastion of discipline and solace, now rude, aggressive, talk over you, ignorant and so nasty. How dare they pull 'faces' when you are speaking, wake up, you are supposed to provide a service not a judgement.
