The staff/nurses are rude and indifferent. My relative was left for hours when they needed the toilet and was in desperate tears when we arrived, begging us to take them to the toilet. One night they fell over. When asked how it happened the next day, the nurse actually shrugged her shoulders at us, shrugged her shoulders!. No one will tell us their name, no one will speak to us about what's going on. The relatives are seen as a nuisance because they come in and see the terrible service and rightly complain. Nursing is a caring profession is a complete myth.
