The facilities, care and staff are excellent. My only slight criticisms relate to hospital administration, which could perhaps be improved.
Firstly, London Bridge Hospital is spread out over several buildings in the area. It was not always made completely clear to me which building I should turn up at. Thankfully, each building is well staffed at reception and they will tell you where you need to go.
Secondly, I did have an appointment for a scan that was incorrectly booked by the hospital and had to be sorted out. This was fairly easy (one email) but you don't really want to be doing admin the day after surgery !
