The Staff at BMI Lincoln were extremely friendly and helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The food and refreshments were to a high standard. Every where that I visited was very clean, and I had a heater to use if I was feeling cold. Under the circumstances I had a very pleasant stay.
