Had an outpatient appointment at BMI. On entry the reception staff came outside to advise us of the procedures and to say we would enter one by one. On entry she showed me the machine to take my temperature and advised on how to use it. This then showed I did not have a temperature so I could approach the desk. All hand gels were available and I felt totally safe. I was told the way to a waiting room and was the only person in the room. The consultant then came out to collect me himself. All the staff were very helpful and, I would add, took great care explaining things to a gentleman who was hard of hearing. I was very impressed.
