Attended A&E after been sent by my Physiotherapistwith chronic back pain/bladder control. From start to finish my care and treatment was first class. The Doctors took time and listened carefully as I described my conditions and symptoms. At each and every stage of my care I was informed as to what was to take place and why it was required as I was moved round various departments. The level of car and compassion shown to me was exceptional in what was a very difficult day for me and my Wife. The diagnosis and treament I required was fully explained to me as well as what I need to do in the following days should my condition detoriate. Many thanks to all the A&E staff and MRI department who looked after me so well during my visit. The chairs in A&E are very uncomfortable especially for someone with back injurys or when waiting times are long due to busy periods.
