Everything was fabulous - the nurses and care workers were amazing and I felt they cared for my son as well as I would. They couldn't be more compassionate and helpful. The surgeons, Drs and anaesthetists were very friendly, caring and confident, which was very reassuring. Surgery process was very efficient and timely. Facilities were great and exceptionally clean, especially when we got an en-suite room. Parents kitchen, breast feeding room and toilets all well kept and great facilities. The only negative experience was I was asked to leave my 6 weeks old breast-fed baby for the night and have the nurses feed him with a bottle. This made me feel very uncomfortable but after a chat with the sister, they allowed me to stay.
