I’ve always known that the NHS and the staff at FGH are absolutely amazing but this last week I honestly can not praise them enough especially A&E and Ward One (Dr Warsi, Sister Gaskell and all the Nurses on ward One, a lovely Doctor Called Caesar) I was admitted to hospital on Saturday morning with tummy pains and it came out that I had quite bad appendicitis. The Nurses, Doctors and Surgeons did all they could to try and prevent me from going to theatre to take them out, but in the end unfortunately I had to go down for the dreaded operation. Not only did they take good care of me they took amazing care of our baby too. They have been so attentive kept me in the loop of what was going on and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. The care I received was second to none. Absolutely amazing. I honestly believe if I was not given the care and support I received I would have lost my baby, and to them I will forever be eternally great full. Amazing hospital and amazing staff. Thank you.
