The lady at mammography for Mrs Harbans Welch, was kind, and patient with her, making sure she was comfortable, and she took very very good care of her during her appointment, making sure what was said was happening next was very very clear.
10/10. Even when she was in pain, she too k extra care to make sure she was comfortable before carrying on!
