Visited this walk in centre with a hour and half till closing. The receptionist just looked at me and said they where not seeing anymore patients cause it's busy this evening.
I was in a lot of pain and at no point did she care about what was wrong with me or even triage me to see if I needed to be seen then or not.
Terrible service and process as you will have patients who are really ill not being able to be seen while others are sitting wasting time.
Will never attend again
