The staff at derriford from cleaners to consultant surgeons are almost all caring and professional. Their vital work is sometimes compromised by lack of staff but it always feels like they are doing their best to help all their patients under sometimes incredible and unbelievable pressure.
Waiting for discharge medications from the pharmacy was the chief niggle I had after two inpatient stays last year. Tho I do understand they are also under pressure and must strictly adhere to guidelines and safety rules.
