Horrendous! PALS isn’t worth a light so complaints procedure is non existent as already attempted that and ignored. No communication with medical staff, completely ignored. Procedure cancelled due to technical fault and went to the bottom of the list. Theatre booking and Consultant’s secretary seem to be always away from the office. When procedure actually took place it wasn’t completed but rather than being told at the time it took almost two weeks to find out at an appointment in a full waiting room (what Covid as it was packed) for the best part of an hour and a half. Discussion was rushed and not listened to. Rather than being rebooked immediately to finish the job now having to go through the rigmarole and awful stress of waiting for who knows how long yet again! Really had enough of this complete contempt of patients. Appear now to have changed Consultants but not informed. Communication should be key with the NHS but at this hospital it is non existent and the total disregard and lack of respect is abhorrent.
