The hospital is a welcoming environment with effective diplomatic staff. The water source in the hospital provides fresh and clean, filtered drinking water; alongside is a fruit bowl always refuelled every morning. The garden is a brilliant space that service users have access to for the best part of 14hours a day. This is very important for service user recovery in connecting to nature. The focus on occupational therapy is astounding, with servers trips off the ward to revive healing in the form of connecting with mother natures scenic spaces. The communal area is well managed with staff engaging well with service users. The hospital grounds are kept relatively free from litter and debris. The interior is clean and maintained very well. Cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly and treat service users with respect as do all of the care staff. The visitor room has plenty of space for service users to connect with friends and family members. Along with this several religious asserts are present for one to make prayer or a read beliefs. The waiting room for ward round is spacious and used well. An Internet cafe is present for one to browse or surf the web If needed. Most of all staff are as one family treating service users with kindness and helping them feel at ease and recover well.
