After a shaky start due to post Covid waiting list challenges and undiagnosed autism we have been well supported. The staff are professional and caring and the team seams to be growing in size. We were very fortunate to be allocated an excellent clinician who worked tirelessly to support our 15 YO daughter to find reasons to recover from AN from within herself.
Understanding about my health
Our medication (ADHD) reviews have been a lifeline since our son started displaying really difficult behaviour- increased frequency (3 monthly) & analysis of behaviour log, contact with school regarding SEND support & EBSA.Way above & beyond & referral to MASH for further support. An absolute lifeline for our family...
Our daughter has been well cared for by the staff
.
That is what she said. But nurse Lexi seems to really understand her well.
Having discussed this with my child, this is how they feel.
Excellent
My child wanted to show her physio what she could do at the park,so I asked if we could do a session there and the physio was very supportive of that. She adapted her session to include time at the park and challenged my child to feel even more different things.
Respectful, Patient, responsive
