The procedures worked smoothly. The staff were always to hand and very caring. Two nurses who dealt with me, Shane Taylor and Emerald were absolutely excellent. When taken to theatre all the staff introduced themselves which was a nice touch. I found the whole experience very satisfactory indeed.

Your accounts people don’t seem to know what they’re about. I am a patient insured by BUPA and I gave my BUPA authorisation number at each point in the process. They keep badgering me for payment and the reasons they give for not getting the account settled by BUPA are false; for a hospital that otherwise provided super service, I found the accounts departments behaviour disconcerting., Perhaps you could call me to give you more information about this.
